The company is investing $1.78 million and will create 32 new jobs as part of this expansion. The investment will increase production capacity to meet growing demand and demonstrate Triad’s continued commitment to the local manufacturing workforce.
Triad Manufacturing, with more than 30 years of experience, partners with major retail brands and offers services including design, engineering, manufacturing, logistics, and installation. The company operates over 2 million square feet of manufacturing space and uses a vertically integrated approach to deliver cost-effective and high-quality retail solutions. It also incorporates sustainable practices by utilizing eco-friendly materials and energy-efficient processes.
Co-President Bob Hardie described the expansion as an investment in the future and Missouri. He acknowledged the support of the Missouri Department of Economic Development, which is contributing to the initiative with the goal of driving innovation and reinforcing the regional economy.
The expansion will specifically boost the company’s wood production department, which is responsible for manufacturing fixtures and furniture for retail clients. Triad has operational partners and employees across the United States and internationally, with operations centralized in North America. The company continues to form partnerships to help clients leverage emerging markets.

It has grown from a 5,000-square-foot metal shop to a full-service custom fabricator with more than 2.2 million square feet of space.
